By RSVPing or purchasing tickets or entry to our events, and by entering this event, you (“Participant”) agree to the following conditions with Orlando Gay Takeover, LLC (“Activity Provider”):
Release of Liability
You release and discharge the Activity Provider, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from all claims or demands of any kind arising from your participation, including injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Details of Activity
This Agreement applies to participation in Orlando Gay Takeover, LLC events, which may include but are not limited to gatherings at restaurants, bars, theaters, parks, outdoor recreational areas, and other public or private venues.
Final Settlement
By attending, you agree that you are forever barred from suing or otherwise making claims against the Activity Provider for any property loss, personal injury, or other damages sustained while participating in or attending these events.
Media Release
You grant the Activity Provider the irrevocable right to use photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and lawful purposes, without compensation. You waive any right to inspect, approve, or restrict such use.
